Important note: The Solis Wi-Fi Hotspot supports streaming entertainment services such as Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, App Store and Google Play however data usage will be high. According to Netflix, you use about 1GB of data per hour for streaming a TV show or movie in standard definition and up to 3GB of data per hour when streaming HD video. Please take this into consideration when purchasing a data plan to suit your needs.

Available for $100.00 one-time fee.

Please note that we generally do not allow departures on the same day when arriving on a flight where total flight time exceeds 6 hours (including connecting flights). Adding this option guarantees pick-up on the same day of arrival on an overseas flight in Whitehorse, even if the flight is delayed. Valid for Whitehorse location only. Pick-up is guaranteed until 10 pm.

Note: To ensure our customers are alert and safe on the road, we strongly recommend that customers who take advantage of the Same Day Departure Guarantee, spend the first night at a campground in the vicinity of Whitehorse. Example: Customer arrives on an international Condor flight at 4:30 pm at Whitehorse International Airport and will not arrive at the rental station in time to pick up their RV (approx. 60 minutes for check-in process). With Same Day Departure Guarantee, our Whitehorse Team will process the rental pickup until 10 pm on the arrival day.

Carries up to 4 bikes. Fee charged is per rental and is non-refundable. Note: A bicycle rack cannot be installed on Van Conversion and Truck Campers.

Use of rental vehicles for any large outdoor event may be subject to an additional deposit or surcharge. Vehicles for festivals and events must explicitly be requested at the time of reservation. Fee charged is per rental. Some restrictions apply, please see our rental terms and conditions for full details.

Restriction: Attendance of the Burning Man Festival with our vehicles is not allowed. Failure to comply with this restriction will result in a penalty of a minimum $5,000 – void of CDR, CDW, and renter’s responsibility for all costs involved (including, but not limited to, damage and cleaning).
