The legacy of Fraserway RV dates from 1969 when my father started Fraserway RV Camper Manufacturing in Abbotsford. As a small team, it wasn’t unusual for the entire family to pitch in on evenings and weekends. Our commitment to ensuring we did everything possible to help customers realize their vacation dreams remains steadfast to this day. We are always delighted to welcome new customers to the Fraserway family, but our goal is to ensure that we earn your trust for life.
My father had a great motto “Never satisfied until good is better, and better is best!”. He always challenged us to try and do better and we continue to follow in his footsteps. Creating a memorable customer experience is all about ensuring we listen to our customers and take that feedback to build a business that thrives on continuous improvement. We know that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
As a family, we have been involved with the RV experience for decades – travelling across Canada in an RV, seeing God’s beautiful creation, and meeting wonderful people. My three sons grew up with Fraserway and one holds a leadership role in the company. We have consistently dedicated ourselves to quality products, a well-supported employee team and the needs and expectations of our growing customer family. Thanks to you we have become one of Canada’s favourite RV dealership groups serving Canada from coast-to-coast. Innovation, creativity, and quality have always been our focus. As Canada’s only national RV dealership, our heart still remains in the communities in which we live and work.
