Worry Free Contactless Curbside Parts Pick Up For Online & Phone Orders

  • Fraserway RV is providing enhanced measures to safeguard everyone – our customers, colleagues, and the communities we serve. We have exponentially increased our cleaning and disinfection practices in all of our dealerships using industry leading disinfectants.
  • All staff are following provincial health and safety regulations. During your curbside pick up our Parts Associate will wear PPE equipment, practice safe social distancing, and ensure that any touch points are sanitized before and after each use (wireless payment machines, etc.).
  • Your items can either be placed in the trunk of your vehicle or you can collect your items from the outdoor transaction table provided.

Online Ordering & Curbside Pick Up Instructions
  • Complete Our Online Order Form
    • Know what you need to purchase? Simply complete our online form below and select from frequently purchased items or provide a list of the items that you need to purchase
    • Not sure what you need to purchase? Browse our online catalogue and list the items you would like to receive a quote on. If you are unsure of a specific item you can provide a description of the item/problem along with information on your RV
    • You will receive a summary email once you have submitted the form. This email is a review of your order and does not constitute a confirmation. Your order confirmation will be from a Parts Associate.
  • Processing Your Order
    • Submitted orders will be reviewed and processed during business operating hours. Once a Parts Associate has been in touch with you regarding your order, they will confirm item availability by the next day based on operating hours.
    • Our Parts Associate will arrange your curbside pick up date and time between 10:00am and 3:00pm on our days of operation
      • In-stock items will be available for pick up within 2 hours from speaking with a Parts Associate who confirms your order. Special order or catalogue items are subject to supplier availability
  • Complete Your Curbside Pick Up
    • Upon arrival, please park in the reserved parking stall, located by the entrance, with a red sign that says “Curbside Parts Pick Up Designated Parking”
    • Call the number on the sign with your order confirmation number
    • A Parts Associate will bring your order and wireless payment machine to complete your order. Please note we are only accepting payment by debit or credit card at this time
