A 15,000 BTU A/C and tankless water heater add everyday comfort, while exterior motion lighting and a hot and cold exterior spray port add convenience outside. Inside, you'll find seamless Surf-X kitchen countertops, blackout roller shades, and a central vacuum system for easy cleanup.
