Photo Contest 2023

• Fraserway RV Photo Contest 2023 Submission Deadline: October 31, 2023
• Submissions may be cut, reformatted, rearranged, combined with other materials and/or otherwise modified.
• Participation in the contest constitutes the entrant’s permission (or that of the copyright holder) for Fraserway RV LP to use their names, photographs/videos, location of photograph/video, biographical information, and/or any statements made by each entrant regarding the contest without notice or compensation, in perpetuity.
• No purchase necessary to enter.
• Fraserway RV Photo Contest 2023 is open to members of the public, excluding Canadian Residents residing in the province of Quebec, who, at the time of participation, have reached the age of majority according to the law of their country of residence.

• Horizontal and vertical photos as well as short videos are accepted.
• We recommend a minimum resolution for photos is 300 Dots Per Inch (DPI) in a .jpg, .tiff, or .gif format. As a guideline, a 300 dpi image will be about 3 megapixels, or approximately 2000 pixels by 1500 pixels. To enter, you must submit your photos/videos electronically via form. Mailed photos/videos will not be accepted.
• Photos/Videos submitted for the Fraserway RV Photo Contest 2023 should be relevant to RVing.
• The subject of the photos/videos may be general camping, RVing, scenery, and more (black and white photos will not be accepted).
• Photos/Videos may not be retouched or digitally altered. Retouched or digitally altered photos will not be accepted.
• Computer or AI generated content will not be eligible for submission.
• The submission must include photographers first and last name, email address, and location where the photo was taken. Limit of two photos/videos per submission.
• There is no limit to the number of entries a person may submit.
• The contest is open to anybody who meets the eligibility standards as described above, provided they comply with the rules of the contest.
• Fraserway RV LP reserves the right to refuse submissions deemed inappropriate or offensive in any way.
• Receipt of entries shall not be acknowledged.

• Photos will be judged by members of the Fraserway RV LP Advisory Team. Entries will be judged based on creativity, photographic quality, and how they express the theme of camping, RVing and RV lifestyle. Decisions of the judges are final.
• On November 30th, 2023, three (3) winning photos will be selected from among all entries and awarded one (1) of three (3) prizes as follows:

1st prize: CAN $1,000.00 Fraserway RV Gift Card, can be redeemed at all Fraserway RV locations for sales, rentals, service, and parts.

2nd prize: CAN $500.00 Fraserway RV Gift Card, can be redeemed at all Fraserway RV locations for sales, rentals, service, and parts.

3rd prize: CAN $250.00 Fraserway RV Gift Card, can be redeemed at all Fraserway RV locations for sales, rentals, service, and parts.

The total award value for this contest is CAN $1,750.00

• Only individuals with photos that have been selected will be contacted. The winning entrants will be notified by December following the submission deadline.
• The prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. The prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by these rules, and the decisions of Fraserway RV LP are final on all matters regarding this contest. The winners will be notified by email, shortly after they have been identified as winning entries. The winners must sign a declaration and claim form to claim their prize. If a prize is unclaimed 30 days past date of notification, the next eligible person will qualify to win it.
• The winners will receive their prize approximately 30 days from the date the claim form is returned to Fraserway RV LP.

• Fraserway RV LP makes no representations that the Content in this Site is appropriate or available for use in all countries. Those who do access this Site are solely responsible for compliance with local laws of the country in which the Content is accessed.
• By entering, the entrants warrant and represent the following with respect to their submission: (a) entrant is the sole and exclusive owner of the submission and its copyright; (b) photo was taken solely by the entrant; (c) the submission will not infringe on any rights of any third parties; and (d) any third parties appearing in the submission have given their consent to having their photo be entered into the contest.
• By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Fraserway RV LP, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and sponsors, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this contest or any contest related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.
• By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge and agree that all submissions may be reproduced and published (without notice or compensation) in Fraserway RV LP magazines, any electronic media and any printed material such as books, catalogues published by Fraserway RV LP, and affiliates, as well that an agreement has been secured from a third-party copyright holder of the submission.

Participation in the contest and acceptance of prize constitute the winner’s permission (or that of the copyright holder) for Fraserway RV LP to use their names, photographs, biographical information, and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the contest without notice or additional compensation.
