Open House VIP RSVP Giveaway Draw Official Rules

1. SPONSOR

The Open House VIP RSVP Giveaway Draw ("Contest") is sponsored by Fraserway RV ("Sponsor").

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on April 15, 2026 PST and ends on April 24, 2026 PST (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of Canada (except Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Residents of the Province of Quebec are not eligible to enter. Employees, representatives, and agents of Fraserway RV, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Complete the VIP RSVP form at https://www.fraserway.com/openhouse-2026-vip-rsvp during the Contest Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. To be eligible to win, entrants must also be present in person at the Fraserway RV Open House event they RSVP'd for on April 25, 2026 (all participating Fraserway locations except Kamloops, Prince George, and Whitehorse, which will hold their Open House events on separate dates and conduct draws following those events). Entrants who RSVP but do not attend the Open House in person will not be eligible to win the prize.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period at each participating Fraserway RV dealership. Only entrants who attended the Fraserway RV Open House event in person will be eligible for the draw. The selected entrant will be contacted by email using the contact information provided at entry. The selected entrant will have twenty (20) days to respond and complete the requirements in Section 6 below. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant may be selected.

6. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION

To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (mechanical or otherwise), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered at a mutually convenient time, and sign and return a Declaration and Release form.

7. DECLARATION AND RELEASE

Each winner will be required to sign a Declaration and Release confirming compliance with these rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and releasing Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Contest, in whole or in part, without prior notice, in the event of any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, or any factor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law.

9. PRIVACY AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION (PIPEDA)

By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest, including contacting winners and publishing winner names. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Fraserway RV's Privacy Policy available at https://www.fraserway.com/privacy-policy. Entrants may opt in separately to receive marketing communications from Fraserway RV (see entry form).

10. PUBLICITY

By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, city of residence, and prize won by Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Entrants release Meta from any and all liability in connection with this Contest.

12. GOVERNING LAW

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. This Contest is void in the Province of Quebec and anywhere else prohibited by law.
